Thiruvettai Athithiyan S is an experienced Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in the field of Digital Payments and Supply Chain. Currently working at Fraazo as a Product Manager and Founding Team Member, Athithiyan has been instrumental in the transition from B2B to B2C model and ideated, developed and released the Fraazo eCommerce application from 0 to 1 with a small team of 3 engineers. He has developed configurable and scalable modules for product catalogue management, order flow, PG integration, offer management, referral management, etc. which easily supported the growth story from 50k orders per month to 750K orders per month with minimal changes. Athithiyan has also made significant contributions to Supply Chain through his conceptualisation and execution of Inventory Management System which increased visibility and checks at every node and helped in the reduction of Supply chain wastage from 11% to 7%. He has also redesigned the STO planning and movement in vehicles and controlled it with a robust shipment process, penalties and delivery challan exchange at every node. This has led to a reduction of “in-transit loss” from 25% to 8%. He has also built an excel-based model for rationing inventory distribution from warehouse to Darkstores to handle discrepancies in sourcing while ensuring maximum order fulfilment. Athithiyan has a Master of Computer Applications degree from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same university. He possesses a strong tech stack that includes AWS, Integration, Backend, Software Engineer, Neo4j, Mobile, Web, Python and Java. In his previous role at freshvnf, Athithiyan was a Software Developer and Founding Team Member, where he designed and developed a B2B one-stop eCommerce application for HoReCa sectors that catered to 500+ orders per day and generated 2CR monthly revenue. He also developed a Bidding Application for suppliers to bid on the price for daily FnV purchases and designed and developed an inventory management system and Vehicle Route Planning for daily deliveries.
